What is Voice, Studio and Music?
Voice, Studio and Music combines several professional disciplines, and is often wrongly neglected in IVR applications. A professional voice actor can produce an unmatched reproduction of a dialog. For quality reasons, this dialog has to be recorded in a professional studio. In some cases, music is desirable to do full justice to the presentation as a whole.

Why Voice, Studio and Music?
If a company or organisation uses Interactive Voice Response, a voice is the first thing a caller hears. The voice is not just the visiting card of an IVR; it is also largely responsible for the acceptance level of a service number, particularly if this is a pay number. With a professionally recorded dialog, with or without music, an IVR system is almost certain to succeed.
