What is Kwalitel?
Kwalitel is a marketing tool with which client satisfaction can be measured over the telephone. It is primarily used in the call centre sector to evaluate telephone-based services. Kwalitel may be used for third-party as well as in-house call centre environments. Obviously, Kwalitel may also be used for other fields of application.
