Also Dick Bakker, CEO at Comsys, has large expectations of the partnership: “This agreement offers us a great opportunity to drill deeper into the segment of large and medium sized organisations. Because of excellent references and years of eperience Kender Thijssen really is the best partner for this. I am convinced that this agreement will result in an excelleration and enlarging of the businesses of Kender Thijssen as well as of Comsys.” SpeechFrame® Xs was introduced at the beginning of last year. The system is based on the same architecture as the bigger SpeechFrame® systems and supports the same telephony functions and –applications. The Xs-series starts however with only four ports, which can grow along with the need of the business (or usage). With SpeechFrame® enterprises can simply make their existing website interactive and can streamline their telephony traffic. Services used on the internet for communicating with customers can also be used instantly on the voice response system. SpeechFrame® is based on open standards (JAVA) and is fully web-based. |
