Comsys en Kender Thijssen sign partner agreement

Comsys and Kender Thijssen have signed a partner agreement. Kender
Thijssen will be marketing SpeechFrame®Xs, the entrymodule of Comsys’
interactive voice responseponse- (IVR) and telephony platform for
automated call handling, in the market segnebt for large and medium
size organisations. Due to this agreement both companies expect to be
able to serve this market segment in a better way and to give their
businesses a positive impuls.
With adding SpeechFrame®XS to the portfolio of Kender Thijssen, it will
be even more available for large and medium sized organisations. Kender
Thijssen already had a large service offer in the area of telecoms
solutions, but the applications of Comsys offer a clear advantage. “The
ambitions of Comsys correspond strongly with our ambitions”, according
to Nico Vliex, manager business teams ‘infrastructure and business
solutions’ and ‘telecoms’ at Kender Thijssen. “Both companies are
strongly focused on web technologies. Apart from that, for years
already we have been concentrating on the combination of speech and
data. Now we can offer additional value with this combination on an
application level. As a resultt our customers will get more profit from
telephony.”
Also Dick Bakker, CEO at Comsys, has large expectations of the

SpeechFrame® Xs was introduced at the beginning of last year. The
system is based on the same architecture as the bigger SpeechFrame®
systems and supports the same telephony functions and –applications.
The Xs-series starts however with only four ports, which can grow along
with the need of the business (or usage).With SpeechFrame® enterprises
can simply make their existing website interactive and can streamline
their telephony traffic. Services used on the internet for
communicating with customers can also be used instantly on the voice
response system. SpeechFrame® is based on open standards (JAVA) and is
fully web-based.
